Pros
I was an expat working in Zaandam and I had a great experience as a Software Engineer. They allowed me to work from home once a week, very flexible hours, the company is mostly dutch but all of them spoke very good english. The offices are all open, has many plants and is quite cool. They give you an updated Macbook Pro model for work which you can carry or store in the company safe. CEO, President and Management were easily accessible for a talk. As a developer, experience may vary a lot by the team but in general they offer good opportunities for experimentations and usage of new technology. Attending to training, conferences and seminars is also very easy.
Cons
Not enough bathrooms for so many employees. Cafeteria was really boring and offered very limited food and mostly of low quality. Chairs were very basic, only the bare minimal for an ergonomic seat.
