Employee discount is the only real plus.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Retail sales making less than $12 and the store manager making less than $20/hr is unsustainable.

Pros

DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT! It's affectionately known as "the paycheck recycling program", Currently staff is knowledgeable and will teach what you need to know to sell product.

Cons

starting pay is 9.00/hr, you will NEVER be considered full time unless you are management, so you will never get any paid vacations. or over time. If you don't ALREADY have a source of other income, you CANNOT survive on their pay. Any significant purchases are going to eat up your paycheck, EVEN at your discounted rate. CURRENTLY management is tentatively stable at best on a good day. Erratic on bad days, and it's one of 4 that is owned by the franchisee. YOU ARE A NUMBER ON A PAPER, NOTHING MORE
