Pros

The clientele is great. It's a very fulfilling experience.

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Upper management sits in their office doing nothing while they allow one worker to take care of 8 residents, including 1-1 specials by themselves. They also do not staff properly and know you will be stuck working a 16 hour shift. It's considered job abandonment if you leave. Gotta pick your kid up from school? Woods says too bad and will threaten your job.

The pay for the type of work you are doing (aggressive environment) and the education required for that role, lack of support from upper management.
