No pro's to this job, it was awful

Cons

I had high hopes when I started this position, but unfortunately, the lack of support from management made it nearly impossible to succeed. Training was minimal, communication was poor, and when issues came up, there was little to no guidance or follow-up from leadership. Employees are expected to juggle overwhelming workloads with little regard for their well-being. When I reached out for help or clarification, I was often ignored or met with vague responses. It created a toxic, stressful work environment where burnout was inevitable. There are some great coworkers trying to do their best under tough circumstances, but without proper management support or structure, it's hard to grow or feel valued. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a healthy, supportive, or professionally fulfilling environment.
