the residents, certain admin, room for growth, tuition reimbursement/extensive training center, good work-life balance

Cons

high turnover, disorganized/lack of structure, lack of communication across the different areas (ie. residential, day programs, therapy, edu, etc.), poorly paid support staff - poorly vetted
