A mixed bag

Pros

Creative environment Good benefits Great clients Family atmosphere Good training Great place for a teacher to grow and learn, so many experiences you'll never get anywhere else

Cons

Disorganization despite repeated attempts by administration to rectify this Some clients can be dangerous Staff are allowed to work back to back shifts, they'd work from 11 to 7 AM and then be completely drained for the 7 to 3 PM shift.

Meaningful work, good benefits package, access to resources needed to work, opportunities for growth

Cons

Some job sites are better managed than others. Some populations of clients are very challenging, leading to burn out, frequent turn-over, and difficulties maintaining supervision due to call outs/injuries/allegations
