Poor Management (Upper Mang.) Low Pay the only thing that keeps workers is OT Staff abusing clients fired if you report Reports are made to make seem like the client harmed self

If this is true, you would have been responsible for setting an example for your staff to follow. I hope that you met with Human Resources staff before you left to share some of your concerns as this review does not give us enough information to be able to investigate your insinuations.

Very fulfilling job with wonderful people. Benefits are fantastic, lots of sick and vacation time and affordable health care. Upper management really cares about direct care staff. Plenty of events (recognition dinner, holiday luncheon, fundraisers, etc.) that anyone can attend. Lots of room for advancement, with opportunities to receive help with tuition or student loans. I've worked here 8+ years and the last few years it's gotten better and better.

Cons

Need to modernize to electronic records (currently in the long process.)
