Transparency...Management allows me to perform my functions with minimum supervision. Beautiful grounds.

Cons

Very lax with Staff. They are more authority figures than caring staff. They do not engage in a healthy continuum of care

*Feel like you're helping provide a stable environment for people that need it *Coworkers are very friendly once you prove you'll stick around *Competence is noticed and can lead to opportunities in the long term

Cons

*Most direct-care staff are underappreciated and unsupported *Pay is low *No one checks to make sure what is supposed to be done is actually done *Organization and communication is shockingly poor
