The work itself was easy and it was a joy to make a difference in the kids lives. It's extremely fulfilling when one of the clients achieved their goals with your assistance and move on to better and bigger things.

Cons

Management politics and the gossips were a lot to deal with at times. One would think it was middle or high school sometimes because of the way some of the staffs acted.
