If you are looking to jump start a career in management or continued development in this area, stay clear of this company. There is a very high level of disrespect and lack of appreciation of a solid Employee that possesses refined and well rounded supervisory skills. During the interview process it will be all warm and fuzzy, don’t allow that to control your instincts when making a decision on whether or not to accept a position with this company. Employees will tell you that the supervisor position is a continuous revolving door. It’s a shame, because the hourly employees are extremely respectful and appreciative of a well rounded, fair and experienced supervisor. Anyone at a level higher than a supervisor, Is Not. The pay was very good, but not worth being ridiculed and unappreciated - the appreciation isn’t shown until you’re ready to exit the building for the last time. The employees I supervised were fantastic, beyond their sincere appreciation there is nothing.
