Some decent people work here and genuinely want to see you succeed. Benefits include the typical 401k, vacation, annual bonuses, tuition reimbursement and sometimes free product. Within the last year they adopted flexible work hours.

Cons

There are managers who do not have legitimate experience or education for their roles. They are in their roles solely due to the fact that they have been at this company all their lives or they sweet talked their way to that position. No one listens to the departments that are crucial to the operation of the company and they are very short staffed. Operating system is ancient and no one knows how to use it properly.
