Pros

Woolpert's leadership are engaged and approachable. The project portfolio is well rounded, diverse, and interesting. There are some very good employees, and have made several, what I expect to be, life long friends.

Cons

At times it can be challenging to introduce new technology and processes. It's also challenging to discern where the company is investing internally.

Pros

Woolpert is a great place to work. I really enjoy the people and the projects are interesting. People on Glass Door tend to complain about the company being run by the numbers but what company isn't? it is set up with a team approach so we all work toward the same goal... to be a high performance firm. This gives an ownership mentality to all employees which I appreciate. I am very happy with the change in management structure over the past year and a half. Bottom line... I take pride in my job and the fact that I'm working for this company.

Cons

If you are a "me first" person, you might be out of place as it is a strong Team oriented company.

Pros

Provides opportunities for AEs to work on both local and national/international projects. Working on projects in all areas of the country and Japan/Europe lets me learn many different ways of designing and preparing construction documents.

Cons

Management and organizational changes have been evolving over the past year. While change is not always embraced, it seems like things are on track now and the future looks very bright.
