Recognition rarely is given to back office positions, while client facing positions (those that are typically paid much more than the back office workers) are consistently commended in company meetings. Management is terrible, none are qualified for their job and that shows. Woolpert constantly goes on hiring sprees followed by mass layoffs. Because of this there is no job security. There is no upward mobility, they only want people with no ambition that will stick their head down and do their work. There is no loyalty, employees that do good work and have been with the company for years will get layed off in favor of new employees that require less salary.
