      Pros

      The team oriented approach is great. The project work has been very interesting. I've worked here for over 10 years and have been promoted numerous times, the culture encourages employee growth. The company is employee owned which gives me an extra incentive to do great work and provide our clients with excellent service.

      Cons

      It is a business and numbers do count, but it is a business!

      Pros

      Allows remote work. Nothing else to say here. Really, nothing at all.

      Cons

      Any time to save a penny they will do it. Won't supply needed equipment if it costs more than $20. Lays off long time employees with no warning and little or no severance. Places goals for utilization that you have no control over.

      Lack of communication from top down. Too much pressure to do it all (sell, manage, and production) with out support.
