Pros

Ok salaries, sends the right message. A few offices seem legitimately settled in their markets but the acquisition of WTS has made the local office weak and dying. Good engineers and people remain of what is left and interior designers from WTS STILL THERE ,and they are great.

Cons

Rarely follows through on corpo message or plans. Marketing is either not afforded or addressed too late. Strange moves to weak markets from strong markets. Bad decision making is commonplace.

Pros

remote work flexible time off health benefits non-micro managing

Cons

Restricted in certain departments from moving up or laterally. Recognition rarely is given to back office positions, while client facing positions (those that are typically paid much more than the back office workers) are consistently commended in company meetings. Starting pay below minimum for experience held. Slow pay increases, regardless of performance. Cross training or shadowing for career growth seems impossible to obtain even after multiple requests to do so. Yearly bonus not guaranteed. Politics.
