Pros

• Remote work. • Schedule flexibility. • Opportunities for advancement. • Options for career path development. • Fun office/team culture. • Social events • Stability (diversified projects, clients) • Multiple office locations • Potential for relocation as desired • Attempt to create work-life balance paid overtime • Ability to work across offices/teams (technology in place to share work load) • Type of projects (local, challenging, opportunities for some travel, diversified) • Unlimited PTO • Wellness perks (gym reimbursement; wellness meetings) Team helps support individual success

Cons

Remote work can present challenges related to daily office administrative activities, reduced visibility to leadership for upward mobility, and a sense of isolation for staff who do not embrace the virtual technology available. My team works to overcome those challenges by using Microsoft Teams to connect when working remotely.

Pros

The People are definitely #1. I love everyone I work with just like family. Opportunities are there if you work hard and play the game.

Cons

Core values of the company are not fully expressed by upper management. Career support / mentorship / guidance / training is almost non-existent. To get ahead you have to educate yourself and use try/fail/hand slap method from management. Expectations on how to succeed aren't always clear Pay disparities are huge. You have to leave and come back to make a commensurate salary because raises for promotions and performance are not good.
