Pros

besides the take home truck, the benefits are ok.

Cons

Woolpert pays well below market value. They bring in new employees making the same as guys who have been with them for 5 years plus. As an employee, you wont feel valued. The work environment is extremely toxic and the new hires are incompetent. They love to make promises they cant keep in order to keep you around as long as they can. Leaving this place was the best decision I made in a very long time. There are many better options out there that pay well.

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to leave us some feedback. We are glad to hear you feel the flexibility, pay and benefits are great but based on your overall rating it appears we are missing the mark and you feel there is no path of advancement. I would encourage you to reach out to your HRBP (Kayla) and your manager to further discuss your career path. Thank you!

Company gone down hill fast

Pros

The people I work with were mostly great and the benefits were alright, especially for single people

Cons

Woolpert went from caring for it's employees like family to not hesitating to throwing people to the side to save a penny. Woolpert been buying up companies and recently bought up a company called Optimal Geo and been replacing old tech leaders and managers with Optimal Geo people, even if they're people have no experience with the work but come cheaper. Contracts been lost due to poor management from these OG people. Many old timers have left either on own or fired (several people been fired for calling out Woolpert management on treatment of team members) or just trying to make it to retirement.
