Pros

Great Leadership - that actually listens and takes constructive feedback. I truly believe Neil and our leadership team is trying to continue to build/grow a very successful company that is also the best place to work possible.

Cons

Company is growing so there can be lots of change - I think we are learning and trying to get better on how to work better together across businesses and regions. Lots of forks at all levels working to continue to not have growth hinder our agility.

Pros

Pay is great. People I work with are easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. Company Truck and Gas card.

Cons

Not an ideal position for those with young families since travel can be extensive, weeks or months at a time.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your tenure with Woolpert. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your team, compensation, and the resources provided for your role. We appreciate your note about the travel demands and understand it can be challenging. We’ll continue working to support employees in roles that require extended time in the field. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of Woolpert!

Pros

Looks good on paper for working in a global company. If you're lucky your manager can be a good manager.

Cons

There have been ongoing structure changes happened without consultation or communication from leadership to us. No proper communication to us. We were assigned projects from other people (not our main projects) with unrealistic deadlines and insufficient information, Which set us up for failure from the get-go. But this wasn't taken into consideration by the "leaders". In one incident, a specific leader raised his voice extremely loud at me when I can't deliver for lacking info and also realistic timeframe. Especially when all of us have other projects to manage as our BAU. Felt constantly anxious about going to work since that incident. People give 5 star review here because everything seems normal when you first joined. The honeymoon

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that you left feeling unsupported, and we take feedback like this seriously. The concerns you’ve raised about communication, workload expectations, and interactions with leadership are not reflective of the environment we strive to create. While we can’t address individual situations here, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more so we can continue improving. If you’re open to it, our HR team is available to speak confidentially. We wish you the very best moving forward.
