Pros

Cool clients for your resume and the lunch- that’s just about it.

Cons

They do not care at all the well beings of the employee especially if you are at a junior level. If you’re in a poor personal situation they won’t bother to accommodate and discard you without hesitation. They advertise themselves as DEI & ‘family’ like agency but in fact it’s quite the opposite and quite toxic if you’re not placed in the right crowd. Lack of support for juniors to speak up and grow, there is no diversity within leadership and the business is extremely top heavy and disorganized. Yes, I got cool clients to have under my belt during the few years I was there, and only if you value that over your mental health and sanity, you should apply.
