- A lot of transparency from leadership: all employees are invited to WorkMarket leadership meeting/presentation weekly and town hall with anonymous questions submitted every 6 weeks - Continuing to work on really interesting problems - Paving the way in a huge market with tons of opportunity - Free lunch everyday, cold brew, snacks, beer and wine; weekly happy hours

A startup being integrated into a large organization like ADP is bound to have some issues.
