Pros
WorkMarket has come a long way since it's startup days. Yes we're being integrated with ADP, and yes there are changes that come along with that. But the opportunity to grow within the company is still there, you just have to seek it out. Is the tech stack a little dated? Yes, but WorkMarket knows that and changes are happening constantly to the platform and they continue to make it better. Is there a lack of process sometimes? Yes, but that's where ADP comes in to help put those processes in place. Ultimately, the technology is changing, the people are changing, but I strongly believe WorkMarket's brightest days are ahead.
