Pros

- Jeff Wald - Fun team - Lots of growth - Supportive management - Great office locations - PTO, pet policy, free lunch friday, all start ups

Cons

- Engineering team isnt always aligned - Small HR team but looks like theyre reconizing that problem and have made new additions - Some culture gaps between 4 offices but again looks like HR is about to start solving - No matching 401k - Marketing is understaffed at times and it can reflect sales but the CMO and CRO really can take care of their teams and always come out on top - Need to add some younger talent to drive culture

Pros

We've more than doubled our headcount as well as our product roadmap in less than 6 months -- the only thing larger than this is our vision and the ability to execute to the demands of our newly minted customers -- some of the largest deals you can dream up in enterprise tech. If you want ownership, are willing to work harder to help out your teammates, and the drive to make it happen -- you can get it here. If you want to just enjoy a start up culture you read up in papers, then this isn't the place. You can gain incredible growth here -- and the experience will get you whatever suits your next journey. A lot of fun companies are already built so the demands, the role, the projects will be constrained -- not here. You can get a lot of ownership provided you ask for it.

Cons

There is quite a bit of drama, uncertainty in the product details and frankly not a lot of handholding. Things shift around all the time -- it's frustrating but then I'm not sure what you expect of a 150 person team that needs to full fill large pockets.

Pros

-Brilliant management team -Transparency into everything from hiring decisions to finances -Options for mobility within the organization -Engineers get to work with all the latest tech -Company is growing, addressable market is huge -Really big clients getting signed left and right

Cons

-Sales often oversells the product to customers on pieces of the roadmap they know won't be available for another six months to a year -Customer success managers are more tier 1 support than part of the sales process, they like to just push problems onto engineering -Engineers could be a bit more disciplined
