The potential is being fulfilled and the expectation is all time high. Great investor, amazing leadership, product strategy and technology to make it happen. The product/tech synergy is pretty amazing. Most importantly there are people who are truly committed to and dedicated to the vision of WorkMarket, not just a job.

Cons

Finding good people to help us grow and expand quickly.

- leadership is top notch: you can't ask more from the C-Suit here. - product team is hustling their butts off to meet client demand in terms of new features that really solve problems - team leaders/senior members of the team are there to help and want to see you grow - investment into sales tools from lead gen to automation practices all the way to the marketing engine is turned on - 1:1 relationship with what is promised and what's delivered

Cons

- product teams can't move fast enough to meet client demands. This is common in any software company so not a good problem. - product is ahead of its time in many ways and several prospects are not ready to adopt such a disruptive solution. Again a common issue for innovative software solution and a good problem to have. Early adopters of the solution are game changers in their industry.

Pros

Strong transparency, experienced leadership, very clear goals, compelling projects and the opportunity to be the first in market, supportive environment, everyone genuinely likes each other and wants you to succeed - you never have to worry about egos or friction when trying to get things done.

Cons

The only downside is that the benefits are not as strong as other tech companies out there. The culture is amazing, but could be even better if there were more consistent engagement programs unique to Work Market.
