      Flexible schedule for those who want to freelance engineer. This company offers a variety of opportunities. This company offers a chance to work independently and without direct supervision. For those that work independently this is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Some individuals that work with this company may over exaggerate its skills and hurt the reputation of those that are professional and work hard.

      Pros

      Experienced Senior Leadership -- they've been there, done that, and succeeded, so this isn't their first go around. The business is in is a massively growing market. Lots of stuff to learn and ability to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Sometimes the legacy code isn't wonderful to work in, but things have definitely improved since I got here, and the new architecture is making things considerably better. As others have said, this is a startup, set your expectations accordingly.
