      Pros

      The team is amazing and the atmosphere of both offices is beyond what someone would ever want in an office. There are always opportunities to learn and grow and people who are willing help you get where ever you are looking to go.

      Great startup to work for

      Pros

      Work Market is the first true startup that I have worked for and its been a great career choice. Its moving towards a product driven culture that uses data and research to make decisions. There is a defined vision coming from the top of the company that is filtered down to the different departments. There is a good balance of drive to be successful and a flexible culture with different senior management leads pushing their teams to be better each day.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing we are adding a number of people, especially in engineering, so there is sometimes a gap in domain knowledge and getting people up to speed. We are also moving away from a sales driven culture and there are some pain points with communicating with sales and the process there.

      Pros

      Brilliant, seasoned C-Level management team with years of valuable experience. Clearly articulated vision for the company and the product. Tons of transparency, remaining founder is willing to share anything. Great office space with many amenities and perks. Great location, flexible hours and unlimited vacation.

      Cons

      Some of the longer tenured employees are in positions merely because they were here first, not because they are the most qualified for the position. They wouldn’t even be considered for these positions if they interviewed today. Fortunately, these employees mostly have minimal impact to the business and this is slowly improving as we grow.
