Pretty much everything. Superb colleagues, variety of clients and work, belting location (Aldford), excellent benefits, cracking employee 'get togethers' in the Summer and Christmas. Above all though, the support you get from your manager and the senior leadership team is brilliant. I couldn't have asked for more during the past 12 months which have been very challenging. Career progression is there if you want it, but you have to be willing to put ion the time and work hard to achieve it. This means no day is ever the same; you could be advising on a complex TUPE or an employee grievance through to a query on holiday pay. There is a high level of support and you can always seek support from colleagues or managers. Having a dedicated PSL and on line resources helps keep the legal team up to date.
