The business is genuinely committed to delivering a great service to clients. That’s an ethos that comes from the very top. It operates in a very competitive space - so whilst it always pushes to improve quality of service, it also has to be commercial. That’s a hard balance, but EW gets it right most of the time. The commitment to staff is real and in my experience it’s exceptional. EW is a great business and a great place to work.

Cons

The business is growing fast and always trying to do better, so it’s not a place for people who don’t like to change or who don’t get excited by a challenge!
