Pros

I've worked at EW for near on 15 years and have had nothing but loyalty from the management and my colleagues. Loyalty through and through. Values each and every member of staff. Great place to work. 100% Professional and lots of fun along the way.

Cons

No cons at all, EW has been nothing but good to me work life and personal.

Pros

Fantastic employer with a cracking employee culture, with managers actively supporting you and encouraging you to develop into a commercially focused legally sound advisor. The Company always makes you valued and proud to be part of such a dynamic team. Employee perks are amazing from the free icecream van to pizza days.

Cons

Really can not think of anything- you genuinely look forward to coming into work.

Pros

There are genuine opportunities for progression and career development at Ellis Whittam. Overall it’s a supportive and fun place to work. Amazing location.

Cons

The pace can be a little much for some creating a high turnover of staff. High targets and limited resources.

Whether you are referring to our offices in rural Cheshire or city centre Glasgow, we think our locations are pretty amazing too! Given our aspirations as a business we do set ourselves demanding targets, however we would hope that everyone feels that they are given the right support to succeed and achieve.
