I have been at EW now for 3 years. Following an investment by Lloyds the business is going through massive changes.

Pros

The investment has meant that there is a lot of focus on system upgrades, recruitment, client satisfaction and retention. The EW culture is one of team work, hard work as well as fun.

Cons

The main con is location is you are a non driver. Phone signal is poor but Wi-Fi is free! I can honestly say that if you do your job well and are enthusiastic about your role there are very few cons.

Great company with a great future

Pros

Management team are really looking to drive the company forward and there is a buzz about the change that is happening. Communication is being supported across the teams through different initiatives and there is a lot happening that can support career aspirations. Received Silver IIP standard this year and have a stated aim to get Gold which means more best practice being adopted.

Cons

A lot is going on! Same with any drive in a business, the pace of change can be a challenge.
