Free parking. Free tea and coffee.

Cons

Highest turnover of staff I've even seen at a company- there's got to be a reason for that. They've worked really hard with the FAKE REVIEWS but at least change the same title to a few for the less gullible. A disconnected, hierarchical management system and bang average salaries. They make it look special to outsiders, it couod be special....it really isn't. Avoid.

We genuinely value all feedback, however I can assure you there are no fake reviews written by WorkNest and our turnover is low compared to industry standards. We are currently progressing learning & development plans and are working hard to ensure we have a consistent and fair approach. We also consistently review our performance via our colleague survey and on the whole have received some very positive feedback in our most recent survey in October 2022. We are genuinely disappointed to hear of your experience and we wish you well in your future plans.

Pros

Generally a good company to work for with a reasonable work-life balance, most staff and managers are ok

Cons

The reviewer of 15/01/2020 identified certain issues and behaviours which I have also experienced and would hope are limited to specific departments/managers and not the company as a whole. As they have stated there is a world of difference in the way people are treated in some areas compared to others and this has been raised on numerous occasions and no action appears to have been taken.

We also review exit interviews to ensure we do collect feedback from all leavers to ensure we hear their views.
