Pros

The opportunity to win a holiday in the Caribbean is pretty good! The leaders are clearly committed to creating a great place to work and are genuine about believing that colleagues are the most important asset in the business. The business and growth plans are really exciting and there is a real buzz about the place.

Cons

The Intranet could do with being improved, and getting hold of information can sometimes be challenging but the positive is you can see that there are commitments to improve this.

Nice office, good facilities and (generally) friendly staff.

Cons

Arbitrary KPIs that are not tracked to workload. Emphasis on volume advice.
