      - Exceptional product portfolio in a fast-growing market with a large total addressable market (TAM). Strong outlook, especially with the AI boom fueling a new generation of companies. - Strong engineering culture: highly motivated and engaged engineers. Engineering meaningfully influences the product roadmap. - High talent bar: Everyone excels in their role, making cross-team collaboration smooth and effective, even in a remote environment.

      - Typical issues as team grows and products scale.

      Pros

      High agency and high autonomy work environment. Everyone here is quite senior in their careers and as such is owning large scope of projects. Can really feel the exact impact your role is having at the company. Some really exciting new customers over the last year have driven a ton of growth and so always new features to work on.

      Cons

      Things move fast, very fast, so there is a lot of context switching to keep things moving. We say speed beats strategy but there is an opportunity to focus in on a fewer priorities at a time .

      Pros

      - Great benefits and competitive pay - Fun company trips every 6 months

      Cons

      After a couple of months it was clear the team lacked solid leadership and direction on projects. I hope by now there is more clear expectation setting on work output and better internal training on the products. If you were in with the core group then you were safe. If you weren't, well good luck to you. CEO wants so desperately to be a cool tech bro CEO and talks out of both sides of his mouth. Little to no transparency in messaging around company direction, layoffs, etc.
