Pros

Nice office. Good SDR team members that work hard. Health care is great and compensation is above average

Cons

Overall feeling of being just a number with micromanaging leaders that only care about their reputation. In office attendance dashboards to ensure you’re meeting hybrid expectations. Leaders are very clicky and have preferences. The way leaders manage make you feel like a number. Lots of people leaving the business due to bad leadership. Very little promotion opportunities, 2/15 reps will be promoted in 2 years. It’s a sinking ship in Sydney.
