-Direct team is fantastic. Everyone is very kind and passionate -Benefits and pay are great -Flex hybrid model is great

Cons

-Feels too big of a company now to care about it's employees as much -Ever since new leadership under Carl, everyone always talked about how it's gone way downhill. The direction we've moved in no longer matches their core value of "employees" -always preaches career growth, but there are not a lot of opportunities

The culture is dead imo

The people are great to work with generally, the office space is quite nice.

Cons

It's going down a bad direction, and I'm not just saying that because I was laid off. What used to make the culture there great is no longer there. Opportunities to expand your skillset are not so extensive as might be promoted.
