- There are some pockets in the product that have high growth potential - Some people are really smart and good to work with

Cons

- CEO seems lost: apart from the quaterly focus on revenue and margin guidance, there is no vision. Also, fake empathy after layoffs. - Workday’s employee-first culture has been destroyed: it’s now a cutthroat environment, with the usual backstabbing, stack rankings, and political games - Executives keep piling up super high compensation (stock-based, so it does not affect the margin guidance) while growth decelerates, employee morale goes rock bottom, and no real vision is established

Great benefits. Nice campus. Nice cafeteria.

Cons

Complacent marketers. Opportunities held back from diverse workforce. Politics are built around favoritism rather than talent. Extremely limited opportunities for growth. Bound by process rather than creativity.

Great company culture gone

Pros

Company culture was great. People were positive and people worked as a team. Empolyees were heard.

Cons

In an effort to reach financial goals, culture become cut throat. Managers (kindly referred to as "people leaders") favored certain employees (it was obvious) and micro-managed and berated others. It became toxic.
