Pros

There used to be a lot, but management seems to be trying very hard to take it all away.

Cons

Absolute chaos. We used to follow a clear model in which DEVs know what we're doing, QA know what they're doing, and PMs know what they're doing. Now they cut half of QA, appear set to do the same for PMs, leaving DEVs to be doing QA and PM work in addition to our own DEV work. It's overwhelming not to mention stressful having to do things that we don't feel comfortable doing.
