Pros

Great people work(ed) here. Pay is better than average.

Cons

Culture has dipped! Management is faking the importance of culture now. Gone downhill since Dave and Aneel retired.

Pros

Money was ok- large upside to having a good year

Cons

They sell a vision of "people first" but every leader is in bed with someone else to work a narrative for upward movement. Superficial company

We understand how painful and unsettling this moment has been. Saying goodbye to talented and valued Workmates is never easy and we’re appreciative of their contributions in helping shape the company’s journey. Workdays committed to supporting those affected during this transition.

Pros

The company had a great company culture. I always looked forward to going into work and starting my work week. Workmates were all wonderful and everyone supported one another in everyway.

Cons

The culture drastically changed once new leadership came in. They brought along with them that terrible corporate mindset and it truly just became a place where everyone was just out for themselves. It started to feel as though your well being didn't matter as much anymore. People started to focus on just getting ahead regardless of the cost.

We appreciate your feedback and regret that you've had a negative experience. It can be difficult to adjust when an organization goes through changes. There are resources here to support you. Reach out to your people leader to share more, or if you prefer, to People & Purpose who can direct you to some helpful support resources.
