      Pros

      Great company to work for. Many employers pay lip service to looking after employees but Workday really do. Love the snacks in the office, people are lovely, actually using Workday is great.. one tool to do everything not different tools for booking leave, expenses, payslips etc.. it's all in one rock solid tool.

      Cons

      Very minor gripe. Wish more technical staff within region so we don't have to always 'wait a day' but that is the case with most US companies so Workday are not Robinson Crusoe in that regard.

      Great place to work, steady growth and awesome job security. The company cares about their employees and there are so many opportunities to explore.

      Cons

      Huge company that has acquired businesses, those acquired businesses can feel like start up culture at times.
