-Early/long hours -Incredibly low pay especially for working in corporate kitchen. -Poor middle management -Constructive dismissal tactics employed by both employees and management constantly. -Shifts are constantly getting cancelled by middle management with claims that they already have enough people or that “catering cannot afford more people at the moment” despite your being scheduled for at least a month. -I’ve seen a lot of the people that work here and there is just not enough people of color (non-Asian including Indian) that work here. > Most people of color seem to be working in the lower level jobs and may have eligibility for higher level roles but aren’t given the opportunities.
