Pros

Decent pay. Some departments seemed good to work for still when I left.

Cons

Lies from management. Backstabbing to gain rank. Sexual harassment towards females at least in my department. (yes a compliant was given to HR. But even the people I know saw it didn't want to get involved) The company moto is 'Workday and nights' definitely true if you want to get ahead. Don't expect a family life.

Cons

Interview process focuses on next steps after CSD, this rarely occurs Marketing takes all the credit for pipeline development which is very inaccurate Hit your goals quick or you're gone No true career path into outside sales "Fun" place to work

Pros

The company is definitely in high-gear mode and I think it will be tremendously successful, if they can ramp up hiring and continue to execute well. The technology base is good, with caveats noted below.

Cons

The pace is relentless and the work not particularly interesting. Very political, and very much "The Ex-PeopleSoft We Hate Larry" club. The toolset is completely proprietary, and there is explicit lack of investment in the application development environment. Unfortunately, the mindset is "work harder, not smarter" and number of hours in the office (and nights and weekends) are an important metric for success.
