      Some teams still have that amazing culture that made Workday unique. If you're lucky, the culture is worth the low compensation and poor tech stack

      Cons

      Outsourcing jobs while pretending to care about you Upper management intentions are no longer transparent Upper management seems directionless In comparison to other big tech companies, compensation is low

      Company culture starting to get lost

      Pros

      Great benefits and stable product. One of the best HCM SaaS solutions on the market, so job security feels relatively safe.

      Cons

      We’re jumping on the Elon train of starting to ignore our “people” core value in favor of “profitability.” Good place if you don’t mind being over worked and under appreciated. It could just be my boss, but recent communications from senior leadership makes it feel like an intentional culture shift.

      Allot of good people work at Workday

      Cons

      Allot of bad managment due to the seven layers of managment in place over a single account sales executive. And having a direct manager in place who is abusive, badgers the reps and exposes his Maga beliefs constantly does not reflect well for a company who promotes inclusion, diversity and equality in the market place
