      Good place to work, not great

      Pros

      - Good Benefits (But not as good as some other Tech companies in Dublin) - 27 Days Annual Leave - A lot of really helpful, sound and intelligent colleagues

      Cons

      - Base Salary is very poor - Salary Increases are minimal. Make sure you negotiate well before you join - Heavy emphasis on RSUs which was great but now doesn't look as appealing - Lack of transparency internally

      Pros

      - Fantastic company to work for. - True to their values and create a fun, inclusive working environment for all. - Excellent leadership team. - Pay is good as are are benefits.

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of one. The only reason I left the company is because I relocated to a country for personal reasons where Workday did not have a presence.
