Pros

The people are amazing to work with. There is always the desire to better one's self and the company. Not satisfied with doing the same thing if it can be improved on. Benefits are good. Very open with employees about company decisions.

Cons

A few small things here and there. Nothing major worth bringing up.

Pros

The culture and team members are great to work with. They have a fully stocked breakroom, nice newer building, and lots of little conference rooms. They encourage innovation. Unlimited PTO is awesome.

Cons

Mid and low level managementare very young and inexperienced. Lots of broken promises and they say one thing but mean something else. Front end code is in a good state. Back end is definitely not. Benefits are advertised as good but they really are not. Not everyone is onboard with the unlimited PTO.
