The ADM department is an excellent place to learn SaaS sales and have a lot of fun during the process. Always fun SPIFs happening and extra incentives to help you through the daily grind. Those who work hard are rewarded handsomely for their efforts. You can truly hit your numbers in 40 hours a week. Workfront has grown from around 200 employees to over 800 employees during my tenure here. Of course there have been growing pains but they have never forgotten about the basics. They value their employees and hire smart so that you can always trust your coworkers to get the job done. I have been able to earn four different promotions in about five years. They always look to promote internally when possible. Workfront has never had a clearer vision or a clearer path execute on their long term strategy. Alex Shootman truly knows how to cultivate great leaders. Employees are finally given ownership in the company!
