There has been some recent churn, always happens at the end of the year as people look for new opportunities in 2017. It happens at every growing and non growing software companies.

Constant change. Significant changes. Very siloed organization with competing agendas, lack of alignment cross-functionally. Myopic view of customers needs and to address. Lack of understanding fundamental problems. Solutioning without discovery. Entire focus is on exit strategy (acquisition or sale) of the company. CEO disconnected with the org, his leaders and what the customers really need/want. C-level staff not aligned.
