Lost all credibility post-pandemic

Pros

Genuinely kind people throughout the organization. Robust product. Office snacks. Food truck Fridays.

Cons

Some toxicity at the top. More importantly, they lost credibility right after the pandemic. Leadership made a point of telling everyone that Workfront had reviewed their finances and would not be laying employees off as part of their business continuity strategy. Weeks later, the company got an email one morning saying they were laying off 10% of the workforce. Not too long after, it was announced that they'd be acquired by Adobe. Just shady and gross.
