The ADM team has a really great culture! We are all in it to win it! The leadership team is really great about recognition. They are always running fun Spifs for the department = $$$. They invest in making sure we have the leading tech stack to work smarter and faster. Working with strategic accounts has allowed a lot of really great experience working cross functionally on Account Based Marketing events. ADM leadership has rolled out focus groups allowing front line ADM's to participate in strategy, technology, culture, etc. Internal promotions are huge focus now that the ADM's report into Sales. This would be a great starting place for anyone looking to launch a successful B2B sales career. You get to work strategically with talented AE's, selling a disruptive technology, and really making a difference in how businesses are operating. Headquarters in Lehi allows for more diversity. Employee Resource Groups and Women of Worfront are huge initiatives of the org to empower diversity. Salary, Benefits, Bonuses and Company Events are very compelling.
