Launching pad into a career in SaaS.

Pros

Company culture was fantastic - there was lots of activities and small perks. Gym pass, cell phone reimbursement, pretty office, lots of company swag. Lots of sharp employees. The management when I left was truly changing the company and it was headed in the right direction. Relatively easy to get a job, got a foot in the door to a SaaS company.

Cons

Some positions were grossly underpaid. You could find the same job in another company that paid $10k more in salary. I had no career path and no idea how to better my brand to get raises. Management positions were few and were always filled by outside hires - not to mention constant management changes and turnover.
