Growing at the price of culture

Good people work there and they are trying to do good.

Cons

The job titles of management no longer truly reflect responsibilities. It is like a small company puffing up their chests to look big. They are filled with"directors" that only have 3-10 direct reports under them, none of whomever are managers. Several key players have left. Not sure of outlook anymore. Used to have a great culture. Now they are just posturing for a sell out.

This is a great company with a truly outstanding executive management team who are communicative, smart and passionate. Much to learn and grow from a personal perspective. The AtTask product has grown over a number of years and has possibly struggled to maintain its pace of development. It does have market leading perspectives on work management and offers huge benefits to organisations who want to change and are willing to put in the effort to realize their own potential.

Cons

Busy market place, commoditized product offering. Confused realize schedule over the last few years which has slowed down the rate of new capabilities and features. Hasn't really catered for huge enterprises but very much departmental. That said the future looks exceptionally bright!
