Workfront is a product-driven company but manages to balance product management requests with engineering excellence. Customers are great and numerous. Your colleagues are professional and always ready to help and share knowledge.

Cons

As Workfront serves the enterprise market, making changes is very disruptive to those companies so you have to balance change management on the customer side with actual product development. It also means releases are not as frequent.
